A bunch of folks from TecsChange are experimenting with the process of installing Ubuntu on a variety of laptops. Here are some notes from the process.

The installer asked for the resolutions to run at. I added 1400x1050 and 1280x1024 to the defaults because I didn't know what the resolution of the panel was.

Sound worked!
